My background in healthcare operations and executive support taught me to see the whole picture: the leaders making decisions, the teams doing the work, the people receiving the service, and the systems connecting them.
That experience, alongside my MBA, shapes how I lead NOX. Clear calendars, approvals, budgets, communication and practical workflows matter. Creative work feels better when everyone knows the next step and the details have an owner.
As Founder and President, I set the direction and keep the work connected to our purpose. As Executive Creative Design Director, I guide the concepts, visual language and experience details. I bring those roles together so a bold idea also has a production plan, an installation approach and a thoughtful client experience.
I’m drawn to the small details that change the whole experience: a better entrance, a clearer instruction, a meaningful recognition moment, a smoother transition. They tell people that their time and presence matter.
