Service savings apply only when included in your approved institutional agreement. Program packages are confirmed through a scoped quote. Savings do not automatically reduce labor, administration, delivery, rush fees, custom purchases, tax or refundable deposits.
A SMOOTHER REPEAT BOOKING
Tell us your age groups, center hours, event dates, available space and facility rules. An authorized adult provides access and keeps guests away from installation materials. Disclose latex-allergy requirements and any restrictions on balloons, fasteners or equipment. NOX plans placement and scheduling with your center.
We save approved brand files, preferred palettes, usual installation locations, access instructions and authorized billing and design contacts. You receive a clear scope for each approved occasion and a coordinated production and installation plan.
Share your organization name, accounts-payable contact and any purchase-order or tax-exemption documentation. NOX reviews eligibility and confirms scheduling and billing in writing. All bookings and calendar changes are managed by NOX.
