Service savings apply only when included in your approved institutional agreement. Program packages are confirmed through a scoped quote. Savings do not automatically reduce labor, administration, delivery, rush fees, custom purchases, tax or refundable deposits.
A SMOOTHER REPEAT BOOKING
Share your organization’s mission, event calendar, audience, location and budget direction. Include sponsor rules, brand permissions, approval deadlines, purchase-order needs and any applicable documentation. NOX reviews institutional eligibility, venue conditions and the scope before confirming the proposal.
We save approved brand files, preferred palettes, usual installation locations, access instructions and authorized billing and design contacts. You receive a clear scope for each approved occasion and a coordinated production and installation plan.
Share your organization name, accounts-payable contact and any purchase-order or tax-exemption documentation. NOX reviews eligibility and confirms scheduling and billing in writing. All bookings and calendar changes are managed by NOX.
